Just a couple of my backyard bucks with potential. The 8pt is a 3yr old with about a 20"spread. The 7pt is a 2yr old. They have made it thru Pa's gun season so I hope to see them again next bow season.

I had a nice big ten point come to my yard pond one dry fall a few years ago. Never saw him again though.

I do get some pics of bucks that I only see once or twice but these buck are homebodies and I have pics of them over the years. Some bucks I have pics over 5 seasons. We have sheds from one buck for 5 years. You have to admire an animal that can survive in our heavily hunted area.

My brother chased this one all bow season. Finally had him at 15 yards but his right beam was broke off at the G2. Thats the breaks.

PS Just wondering if anyone has picked up any nice sheds yet? A couple of big bucks at work have dropped already.

I found the left side from this 10pt today. I spent about 4hrs walking in that cold wind and found 2 sheds. My first from Indiana.

half of a small 6 pt.

Trying to find sheds in overgrown weed fields is like looking for a needle in a haystack. You have to get lucky.

My wife says that the nice 8 was back in the yard last night. He hasn't dropped his antlers yet. I hope he leaves them where I can find them.

Not a buck, but 5 does went through the field in front of the house Saturday. The third one in line was completely white, a pure albino. This is the first I have ever seen in the wild. Couldn't get a camera quich enough.

I hate when that happens. I keep a camera on the coatrack next to the kitchen door just for that reason.

Here is a nice Black Hills buck that has been in our yard.

Plenty of Mt Lions chasing them around out here.

My brother picked up both sides of the backyard wide 8pt. I have been having a good shed hunting season here in Indiana so far.......

The 9"s of snow we are getting tonite won't make finding them easy this weekend.
