I own a couple of AYA Matador SxS (16 and 20). They are nice little guns that handle well. However the triggers (single selective w/ejectors) on both guns have lots of travel and far less than "crisp". Looking for a solution....... Any recommendations (including gunsmiths)would be greatly appreciated.

I know I removed the ejector springs from the forearm, didn't change the trigger but sure easier to open now!!

A friend of mine bought one, Model 25 I think, years ago. Beautiful gun.

Both barrels did not shoot the same and the pattern was sketchy.

The late Ken Eyster worked on the barrels and improved the pattern and POI.

However, he sold it a year or so later.

He was a serious Grouse hunter and evidently it didn't fit his expectations.

    Regards.....Gerald
