last ATA event I attended a fella flinched and recalled for a target three times out of our 100 targets, shouldn't these have been lost targets?
Can my yardage be increased on my average or only by wining an event or scoring a 96.
Lastly can I find the current rule book on line?

    1. No. A flinch is a failure to fire and a shooter is permitted two per sub-event before they become losses.

    2. It can be increased on your average but only by a Central Handicap Committee member or a voting member of the EC. It's rare, but it happens.

    3. The rulebook is available at the above link.

Your yardage can also be increased even if your singles and handicap averages don't indicate an increase is justified. Rare possibly, but it did happen.

You can earn yardage punches by placement in events or score. A CHC or EC member can increase it, code you and freeze reductions or do pretty much whatever they want, it's purely subjective. JRM

I would also suggest that the OP(FE DOG) look up on page 26 of the on line rulebook 2. SPECIAL REVIEW

Which shows more than one reason for yardage increases or decreases.
