ATA Registered Shoots - Mt. Morris, New York

    Mt. Morris Sportsman's Club, Swanson Road, Mt. Morris, New York will be having their annual two day Memorial Day Weekend ATA Shoots on Saturday, May 26, 2007 and Sunday, May 27, 2007.

    The Program will consist of 200 singles and 50 pair of doubles on Saturday (the 200 singles will also be for the Club Championship) and 100 singles, 100 handicap, and 50 pair of doubles on Sunday. The doubles on both days will be shot on our Number 1 trap at the same time as our singles and handicap are taking place during the day. All orange white flyer targets will be thrown off of Pat-Traps with voice activation at a cost of $19.00 per hundred plus ATA and NYSATA fees. Entries open at 8:00 a.m. and the shooting starts at 9:00 a.m.

    There will be added money of $500, $100 per event, given away in a special Lewis Class to all shooters participating in each event. Leather shell bags from Shamrock Leather will be given to the Club Champion and the Handicap Champion. Two flats of shells will be given in the two person team race for the handicap event, teams drawn at random, to the high score. Shells were donated by Ron & MaryAnn Burdick. A case of shells will be given to the winner of the High Over All (600 Targets).

    Breakfast and Lunch will be served.

    Mt. Morris Sportsman's Club is located in Mt. Morris, NY, approximately 35 miles south of Rochester, NY with easy access off of Interstate I-390.

    Shot there last year for the first time. Great place to shoot, well run shoots, and love the fact you can shoot doubles anytime and get home earlier. I'll be there on Sunday for sure.--Dan Little--

    MT MORRIS always put on a great shoot. Ron- Butch- Dave an all the other people run a very smooth ata-league shoot. Tom.

    Had a great time shooting at Mt. Morris on Sun. morning. A fantastic club and the smoothest running shoot you'll ever attend.
