Fred years ago I was told we had to keep them for 1 year incase if something was to come back on us.

But that was years ago so it might be different now days.

We don't have any registered shoots anymore at my old club.

I am of the understanding that they must be kept at the club for one year from the date of the shoot. After that I would guess it's up to the Club as to how much paperwork they want laying around.

I keep the stuff for a year.

That is what I was told as you said from the date of that shoot but we always kept them a lot longer because we had plenty of room to store them.

Section III E 9 (page 12)- Shoot management is required to keep the records from all registered shoots for at least one year.

We have a file cabinet in the trap room and keep registered score sheets from the last 4 or 5 years just incase we want to look up any scores or winners etc.

Thanks guys and Pat. We just tore down our trailer for a soon[?] to be built club house, so storage is at a premium... time to clean out all of the more than one year old records. Fred

By the way, at least the way I interpret the rules, is that this would include the actual score sheets not just the results. Or at least that is what I keep at our club.

I also keep the actual score sheets with all the shoot records.
