They are in the rule book. When Dave Bopp was Director they were a secret but now they are there for all to see, pages 75-77 in the rule book dated 9/1/04, the newest I have. JRM

Just went through the rule book and I could not find anything about and 'H' code. There is stuff listed for... L,R,D,K and Y codes. There is also a bunch of number codes that do not have a letter associated with them.

flip page 67-68 and you should have the information you are looking for.

“H” coded shooter, 1 ½ yard handicap yardage rule
would not allow reductions from the 1 1/2 yard punch
for two years from the new yardage. The “H” code
may be removed by the Central Handicap Committee
using its own judgement, or by request of the shooter
or the shooter’s Delegate to the Central Handicap
    Committee.
