Now that I converted to a Win Heavy Duck for TRAP, my elbows-esp. the left one hurt like blazes at gun mount position. (My arthritis whining gets me no sympathy from my doctor. She is young, fit, and thinks old guys need to get in shape and stop complaining.)

I have a 16 ga FULL choke 870 which I like but is an expensive toy to feed.
Now it's getting too cold for TRAP - for me! So I have a couple months to work on the elbows.

    Any suggestions are welcome!

I have taken 200mg of Celebrex daily for 10 years for my arthritis. It reduces the pain significantly but of course, there are side effects. I think the worst is possible liver damage.

Why is you 870 16 expensive to feed. I shoot trap with mine about 50% of the time and don't cost anymore than my diamond,super-x or model 12. I reload my 16's. Supplies are easy to get. Wild Bill
