Living here in sunny Florida, there are lots of seniors who pay high prices for prescription drugs. I saw an ad in the paper today for Canadian Discount Rx Services with prices that are far below what US drug stores charge.

My question is, are these drugs safe and effective? I tried doing some research online but couldn't really find any consumer reviews that I trusted. So I thought I'd ask on here. What say you?

    Thanks,

    Easystreet

They are made by the same companies. They just don't have as much permission to screw the customer.

I have gotten stuff from ADC in India with great results and 1/3 the cost.

I've been using them for at least five years with no problem, takes a little longer to get them but the price is right.

The Canook's probably don't let them spend billions to advertise, some of those commercials just flippin piss me off. I mean really, ask your doctor if [ ] is right for you? If the flippin doctor doesn't suggest it first, find a new one. Half the ad's that mess up my news viewing are for drugs.

I went to my doctor today for my annual checkup. During the conversation, I asked him this same question. I was sure that he was going to give me the standard warning about not being certain of the source of the drugs and therefore they are dangerous, risky, etc, etc, etc.

Surprisingly, he told me that it was OK to get my meds from a Canadian pharmacy as long as they had a local store (or words to that effect). He said just don't buy from some place that has only an internet address.

So I may be getting a prescription or two filled at the Canadian Discount Rx Services in the near future. That darn Viagra is getting expensive at about $22 per pill. Let's see: $22/pill times 5 nights per week times 52 weeks per year = more money than I spend on shotgun shells. ;) Now if you believe all that, I've got a bridge to sell you. :)
