anyone using the otis cleaning kit for shotguns? Do you like it? The size and ease of carrying are attractive.

Havn't tried the shotgun but the rife is great. I use a carbon rod on a corless drill with the scotch brite pad for my shotgun. Sold the kits for awile but havn't talked with the maker for a couple years. Gota hav it

Yes I got the nice complete system and case, love it, great for lever and 7600 rems.
I also have other types of cleaning rods for other guns.Had it 5 years.

The basic unit was designed as a very small, portable cleaning system for rifles (think M-16).

Originally they shipped in a shoe polish tin, now a similarly sized zipper case.

Uses a flexible cable instead of a rigid rod - so VERY compact.

Has expanded it to a full range of cleaning products - all well thought out and of the highest quality.

I've been using them for years.

Now if they would just hook up with VFG...
