1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

We got some pretty good jerky here in Amarillo, made by Eades Meat Co., a local custom kill place. I eat it all the time. Not hot. Mild. Hickory roast, and all that. Send me an email, and I'll send you some to try. Charlie Henderson

One of the best reasons to hunt big game is to get a source of meat to try your next jerky recipie on. Making your own isn't difficult and there are zillion methods out there. Get yourself a small smoker and it will probably come with instructions for making jerky.

I've tried Troy Colliers jerky. He makes it commercially and it is pretty good. He is also a great shooter from Texas. He finances his bad habit (shooting trap) with the sales. Not sure the trade name..........merlyn
