Is anyone close to Muncie Indiana or have any input about trap clubs near Muncie? I have occasion to travel there for radio controlled (RC) model airplane competitions and have been thinking about going shooting the next time I head back. Anyplace near by that is worth visiting? That could include clubs between Indy and Muncie. Thanks to anyone who might know!

    Aaron,

I think the two closest trap clubs to Muncie, IN would be Fall Creek Valley Conservation Club or Indiana Gun Club. Please check this link for the addresses and contact informaiton.

Please add Alexandria Gun Club to your list.

I believe they shoot every Wednesday and Saturday, and have a nice registered shoot the 1st Sunday of the month.

This next shoot is a 2-3 day event,( I think Fri, Sat, and Sun) with a couple of "special events" added.

For more information, contact Tom Neal at 1-765-860-6354, or Mike Stephenson
    at 1-765-749-7195.

Someone please correct me if my info. is incorrect.

    Danny,

Thanks for recommending Alexandria Gun Club, however we don't shoot on Saturdays. We shoot practice on Wednedays 9:00am - 7:00pm and registered the first Sunday of the month.

The 'Fall Classic' registered shoot is comming up Saturday and Sunday September 1 & 2 with a starting time of 8:30 am. We'll have non-registered fun and games Friday August 31 starting at 6:00 pm.

I would have to strongly suggest Alexandria if it fits your schedule. Mike and Tom brought that place back from the brink of death ,and now the premier place in that area to shoot. Realy enjoy that place but am over an hour away so stay closer to home and get more shootin for the money. Any questions pm mike and Iam sure he will do whatever he can to help you.
