Anybody finding any mushrooms ?

    Those look mostly like the earliest black morels. Still have alot of mushroom hunts ahead. I have to wait till May to see those here. The way this Spring is going it might not be until June.

    Never heard of anyone getting sick from grocery store shrooms.

    Not the kind of mushrooms we'd hunt back in Louisana in the early 70s!

    I was just out yesterday looking at the woods growth etc. Looks to me like it will be very soon here in Idaho. Going to be early and going to be a lot of them. It was a wet winter and is a wet spring..

    Found mine in southern Ohio. Have heard from guys at work that mid and northern Kentucky are producing pretty good.

    Found a few dozen Morels today in Maryland. Going out tomorrow to get some more.
