I shoot a little of everything...but love little my 28 gauge O/U for fun. However, I would like to shoot a 4.10 occasionally...

Is there a way to shoot a 4.10 shell in my 28 gauge Browning O/U... shorty tubes or something??

    Thanks..Stan

Look at Gaugemates, either Silver or Gold, depending on how often yoy want to do it. Mark

I still haven't seen any 28 to 4.10 adapters if anyone makes them.

Also I would be interested in opinions as to how well they do or do not work.
Do they pattern good, bad, other...?

Do extractors work with any of these things?

Are they a joke in general...?

Any comments are very welcome...as I have never seen them in person.

    Thanks..Stan

Go to Briley's web-site. You can go with either the chamber mates or companion tubes.

    I called Briley...

Lady said they didn't make the short tubes for a 28 gauge...only the long fitted tubes. Not sure she knows...but that's what she said. They do have them for 12 gauge...including complete sets.

I'll probably get the fitted full length tube anyway...with the screw in choke. I was just curious about the cheapies..

    Stan..

Thanks for the tip JF...I'll look at the Skeeters.

Can't use the tubes though...I need tubes for a 28 Gauge gun (to reduce it to a 410).

    Thanks again..Stan
