I've installed the 2mm Uni-Dot on almost all of my shotguns. It's helped me tremendously going from one-eye to two-eyed shooting, as I have crossfiring problems due to opposite eye dominance. Took about a month or two to get used to it, but then scores rose and I ran my first 25 and 50.

Whether it will work for you, who knows? Everyone is different.

One thing I can tell you is to never, ever look at the bead. Keep your eye on the clay and use peripheral vision to bring the bright dot to the clay. If you look at the bright dot you will miss.

I also have the 2 mm diameter Uni-Dot P200 Green on all my guns. It is small enough not to be a distraction. If you look at that video of Harlan on that Harlan Campbell style thread you will see what it looks like although I think his bead is the small diameter Hi Viz.
