A long time ant-gun senator R.C.Soles shot an intruder Sunday night, Victim Kyle Blackburn was taken to South Carolina Hospital w/ non life threatening
    injury.

He is anti-gun and does not want us to protect our families but he can shoot an intruder with his handgun to protect his family.

    Is this a double standard.

Thanks for posting this info but this was on here about 2 weeks ago. I just hope he goes to jail for what he did. Once there he will learn why we carry guns.

No one should go to jail for shooting an ininvited person in their home!(including ex-wives)

Maybe this will help. I don't know what Sunday it was but it sure wasn't last Sunday. It would also seem that someone said it was old news at that time.

Shooting to protect property is never a good idea (legally speaking), no matter what you think you rights are. Shooting to protect your life, is always a good idea (legally speaking)! Do you catch the difference?

    A little update.

    The Senator has been indicted.

Guess something ain't above the waterline.

Guess he needed to expand his 'keep the streets safe' mantra to include 'keep his front yard safe'.
