29" and 18.4 bore.. These barrels are shooter barrels. They have excellent bores. Everything works well. They are solid and in place. I have shot 500 rounds through them.

just FYI: although this email exchange obviously smells like a scam, a person having a physical address in one location and a phone number having an area code originating in another physical location is not unusual. I live in VA but have kept my cell phone # the same(it has a NY area code). I know lots of other people who do the same. Of course a landline phone would be a dead giveaway.

First tipoff is, "I have what you are looking for in good working condition". After that you can see these scammers have a hard time with the written english language. This may even be "Chiddister" under a different name.

Another dead giveaway is when you are selling something and these scammers send you an email saying "I have what you look for working condition". I already have it. LOL. Jon

It sounds like the same scammer. I have had several different named scammers try me, but they all had one thing in common, an email that ended in @ojooo.com

I have just posted a WTB ad.

Although I am somewhat doubtful that anyone has what I want and is willing to sell it, should I get a response, it'll have to be from someone I recognize or who has a number of posts here before I send the money to them.

Amazing how industrious these crooks are. If they applied themselves to some sort of honest work with the same diligence they employ to try to cheat us, they'd probably do very well.

Just the composition of the sentence structure was enough for me to suspect a scam. You can tell this person is trying really hard to convince you that he actually has a product and appears to be hurrying the process.

You did an excellent job of reeling this "seller" in.

Just keep feeding him enough line with each e-mail to not scare him off until he shows his true color. (YELLOW)

I had the same Christopher Henderson @ojoo0.com respond to my WTB Franchi Veloce 20 ga. post. He stated he had one in good working condition and "it cost" $550 including shipping. I emailed please call and he responded that I call him. An 888 exchange with a phone transfer to a mailbox started to raise suspicions. I emailed as to where are you located at and he replied "I at New York". Seeing a lack of English skills, I emailed that I was doubtful of his honesty and was not interested. Glad I did.

Try to get the IP Address where the email is coming from open tools and look for expanded headers. Go to www.arin.net, which is the American Registry of Numbers and check to see where it comes from if it comes from afric.net then its from Africa and you'll have to do the same thing to get the African country it originates from.
