No hospital record. No phone number. Maybe it's a liberal conspiracy.

Actually, it's a police report written by a neighboring department.

Looks like the "actual" police department (Middletown, Ohio) wanted all references to the incident "sanitized."

But then, it's not hard to see why.

Back when I lived in NY, a carry permit from anywhere other than the City was nfg in the 5 boroughs of NYC. Even retired NYC police officers had to get the additional permit. I moved away in 1997, but that is what the law was then. I really doubt they eased it.

burress lives in New Jersey, has an expired Fla carry permit, and shoots himself in a club in Manhattan. The statute for having the gun in NYC used to be one year. The mayor of NYC hates guns and now he has a higher profile clown to make an example of. I suspect the man is in a world of crap.

When I lived in NY I had to have a permit just to have the hand gun in my home. Took 6 months to obtain and I had to go before a judge who gave it to me.
And I had to turn in the gun for the 6 months before I got OKed.

If that were you or me, we would be f**ked, but since it's Burress and since he is a star who has plenty of money, he will get off with a slap on the wrist. He will pay a fine and do some community work and that's all.

Burress may not be the smartest cat but what a place to live where it is a crime to carry anywhere outside of your home. Perhaps a sign of things to come with Obama getting in. I think I will stay in Idaho for now.
