Man, I thought she was seriously hot back when I was in the 6th grade. Kept my eye on her over the years too. Sad story, she battled MS for 25 years and that ain't easy. Class lady her whole life. Rich

Every boys dream in the 50-60's. Most certainly mine. And from what I've seen and heard through the years, a fine mother and wife. The Skippy Peanut Butter Mom.

I watched her on the "Club" and I knew someday she'd be a star.

She just had that look about her.

One of her life's dream never came true for her.

She was never able to hook up with me! lol lol

And I feel bad about that... ;-)

God Bless Her! My High School sweetheart of 40 years died of MS and it is the worst illness a person can have. You watch them rust away one day at a time and can do nothing about it. God Bless all the soulmates that have the love and fortitute to stay with their mates on this terrible journey. Just put yourself in their place and be so glad you can do the things you take for granted everyday and love the one you're with as hard as you can and let them know how special they are to you! God Bless you all! Mike Kincaid

She was a class act, even after she got MS. Sorry to see her go. Still love those 'Beach Movies'. I always thought Shelly Fabres was hot also, esp. in that 250 Ferrari California against Elvis in the Cobra. But, Annette was great, whether in the Mousekateer outfit, or with Frankie on the beach, in a bikini. Rest in Peace.

About 1995 or so I was sitting in the Crown Room in Orlando waiting to catch a flight to LA for business. After I sat down on an available couch, I noticed a beautiful brunette lady sitting across from me. It took me about five minutes to recognize her, as I got up to go to the gate (same one she was preparing to go to) I went up to her and said "you were the first woman that I fell in love with". Of course it was Annette. I guessed that the time frame was about 1959 or so. She actually blushed and smiled and said "thank you". Little did I know that she was returning to LA from the Bahamas where she was seeking some type of experimental treatment for her MS. She was relegated to coach because of the lateness of her reservation she told me. I said goodbye and good luck and I noticed that a wheel chair was waiting for her at LAX. This is a memory that has been with me for almost 20 years and will stay with me for the rest of my life. Annette... RIP.

As I was misspending my youth I caught every one of her beach blanket flicks...and like every other guy in N. America, I was in love with her too...

The TV show was awful, her movies were awful and boring pitiful excuses for entertainment.

True Story! 1970, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. Annette and Frankie were on base performing at the Officier 's Club on Base and after the Show they walked among the crowd. I said to a buddy at the time, I wonder if she'd dance with me if I asked? My buddy said I didn't have the hair to ask, so I did. She accepted, but it only lasted seconds because a line formed behind me a mile long. I have fond memories of that hottie.
