    Ahab, in what part of Texas did you take these photos? Must be over on the east side. We have lots of those black squirrels around here. Gets kinda tiresome draggin home a limit of those critters.

    Thats a good pic of something that I would never have thought the bear would do. If you want to stop the bear from doing that just put a plastic pipe at either end say about 5 feet worth. Once the bear grabs the pipe it will spin right off.
