Evidently each and every Syrian rebel has filled out the eleven page required paperwork and passed the criminal background check, mental health check and waiting period etc. in order to own and fire a weapon. Each id has been checked and double checked for validity.

Perhaps the 'MERA' (Middle East Rifle Association) has conducted safety classes and ranges have been constructed for safety's sake. All students have passed their safety requirements and certificates have been awarded. Safety spotters have been assigned to each student to be sure no mishaps occur.

Special holsters have been provided so that no accidental discharges can occur when mounting or dismounting the camel.

Random shooting of anything that moves has been criminalized.

Safety zones have been posted by schools and mosques as well as 'gun free quiet zones' around hospitals.

Only eight rounds may be placed in the gun at any given time so only eight bullets at a time are being distributed.

And most importantly, each rebel qualifies for a 'just in case things go wrong' liability insurance policy, underwritten by Bboyds' of Lindin.

In management I found that successful managers get by either by earning employees respect with their skills and abilty to inspire or by having a warm and winning personality that coddles the employees and makes them feel secure in their jobs (even if its bs).
    Obama has neither.

    Cartoon says it all. LOL

I am starting to believe that voting someone into office who has never attended a college nor have any kind of a "degree" would serve US better!!!

Educated idiots or Educated past their intelligence!

Attending classes doesn't mean that anything or everything is absorbed and retained.
