Hi, could somebody out there tell me how to change an Alfermann single from ejecting the shells to extracting? I've seen a few posts stating that it is easily changed. I'd rather just pull the empty out.

    Thanks!

    Mike.

I haven't done it so long I can't remember exactly - IIRC it was the 1/4 turn on a fastener. If no one pipes up by the end of the day, I'll get back with you when I get my alf in front of me.

Turn screw head on ejector as pushing in on ejector.

Remove the barrel from the frame and push the extractor in 1/2 way and turn the screw head 180 degrees. The extractor when pushed all the way in now will not stay down and thus extract rather than eject......been out working......m
