I will always remember his great advice he gave me in 1986 when I was 13 years old " Wait until you see the target before you move that GOD DAMN GUN!!!!!" He will be missed.

Al will be circling over Sparta this week. He was a fixture at the Grand for many years and the person most dedicated to trapshooting and his guns we will ever know.

RIP Al, after the shootoffs are over.

Goodbye to a wonderful man and ex neighbor. Nadine & Jimmie you have enjoyed the presence of a very unique individual who contributed more to this sport than any one person ever has. After death, a celebration of life begins and in Al's case it will go on forever for a trapshooter will be shooting a Ljutic somewhere every day. May God look over & protect you both

He was one of a kind for sure,it's sad sometimes to think of time marching by. Still wish I'd bought his space gun years ago. God Bless Nadine and family.

Just like Mr. Browning, Mr. Ljutic will live on, as long as someone, somewhere has one of his great guns.

    "We are diminished"

Nadine and Jimmy, please be gentle unto yourselves during this sad time. Al may be gone, but his contributions and joy he brought so many will never be forgotton.
