Don't mess around with the cheap cases. You get what you pay for. IMO, the best out there is Pelican travel vaults. We have one that's been all over the US and even to Argentina and back. Never a problem. We got ours at Cabela's.

Use two Warwick cases that have been around the world hunting including, Africa number of times, Agrgentina, New Zealand, Australia and etc. Never had a problem with them. Get a cover from from Big Sky Case Covers. Well worth the investment.

    Good shooting

    Bill...

Pelican makes cases for the SEALS, you can't go wrong... Browning's Travel Vault is the Pelican private label version. I have one and while not as "pretty" as some of the aluminum cases - they don't dent and scratches don't matter.

O-ring seals, pressure relief valve, cut to fit foam, a case built to take a tank running over it and last and last and last.

    Try eBay also...

Consider the SKB Freedom Golf case: tough, secure, can carry multiple long guns in padded cases, doesn't attract attention since it doesn't look like a gun case, reasonably priced.

I have had this Pelican case ( one like it ) for 15 years. It has been all over the US and most of the way around the world. I think I paid $140 for it but now its around $220. I put a single barrel trap gun and my doubles gun in it with my shooting glasses and a bunch of other stuff. Never even a hint of a problem. Short of loosing the case the airlines won't hurt it.
