There won't be much discussion here, but those with wisdom will be either celebrating or preparing.

I just want to know which country can I move to that I can still keep my trap guns and shoot trap. That's what I'll be looking for once Obama gets elected.

Don't buy into what the left wing media wants you to believe so you don't bother to go out and vote.....the election is not lost, you must energize all gun owning people to get out and vote...McCain/Palin will win!

Keep the Faith! The Evil Left Wing will lose!

That's funny that you say that, Bangalore, because I keep seeing that McCain is so far behind in the polls, but I see very few Obama signs on lawns and stickers on cars. Most all signs/stickers that I see are for McCain.

Could it be the area where I live and work has it all wrong?

Have any of you fellow conservatives been polled? Seems like the only ones that have are the Hussein Obama supporters. Everyone I talk to seems to be McCain/Palin oriented. Get out and vote, Keep the faith, I can't believe there are as many Socialist/Communist thinking voters as the media would have you believe. I sincerely hope I am right. J. Woolsey

Woolsey, I have to agree, it seems that most people in or through my work, friends, people in different hobbies that I am in, are pretty much all for McCain, its just not discussed much.

Bangalore is correct, you need to take on a Paul Revere mentality and get out, Vote and sound the alarm to encourage every conservative minded person you know to do likewise. The poles are giving a false impression. Hanity said the media is polling Dem's 2 to 1 over Repub's to get the current results your seeing. Is there is a potential sleeping giant of the conservative population that will show up at the poles NOV 4 ? It's up to us individualy to do what we can do.

Man, I was even in the nail salon the other day where there were a lot of women, and people were talking about voting for McCain. Only one woman, the one who started the conversation, was undecided (that's why she started it).

Seems like everyone chimed in for McCain. This was a mix of women of various ages; in their thirties on up. They weren't all caucasian, either.

"Arse" is an English term referring to the buttocks, first recorded circa 1400 (in arce-hoole) and is commonly used in English speaking countries such as the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, parts of Canada and former parts of the British Empire. In the United States and parts of Canada the variant form ass is used.

Here in Willamette Valley of Orygun it seems all the Obama signs reside in the city limits but get 12 inches into non-city areas and up pop the McCain support. I have seen a few rural areas with NObama signs up. I also see, however, McCain signs damaged or removed and thrown in the street while the Obamas seem to be well protected; some indication of the mentality of the ilk.....breakemall....Bob Dodd

In Maryland a couple of Obama signs were defaced and the incidents are being investigated as hate crimes. Have any of those McCain/Palin sign or property destruction incidents been investigated as hate crimes?

I've noticed it also, recurvy. The Queen Bee and I were in San Francisco last weekend for the Columbus Day/Fleet Week festivities ( the Blue Angels were fantastic) and granted, there were obama-biden bumper stickers and signs about, but not in the proportion that one would expect to see in such a left leaning place.

There were even some McCain-Palin bumper stickers and yard signs. One dreadlocked, tye dyed couple noticed the NRA sticker on the window of our pick-up at an intersection and called us nazis, but that was about it.

    This from Rassmussen:

"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows Barack Obama attracting 50% of the vote while John McCain earns 45%."

Now, there is this thing called the "Bradley affect" which says that a black candidate will actually get 5% fewer votes than the polls show because there are a number of people who don't want to say that they will not for a black candidate. But they won't.

Now, I don't usually agree with discrimination on the basis of a man's race, but if ever there was a case where it was excusable, it is now.

Actually, Obama would not have won the primary, had he been a white man because he garnered 95% of the black vote, even when running against someone like Hillary Clinton, so if he loses it the way he got it.......what the Hell?

I got my American Rifleman today and it is Panic City. I can understand why. But I also remember we had 8 years of Bill Clinton. I believe in the NRA, I have been a life member since I got my first full time job in 1974, paid for it in payments. This Bozo, if he gets elected will have so much on his plate that I think taking on gun owners and sportsmen, both genders, will be the last thing on his mind. This thought is how I get through the night. I also belive that polls or no, a lot of people will get cold feet, second thoughts and not pull the handle for this Obama guy and his hack running dog, er, mate. Rich Strickland, registered Libitarian, who held my nose and voted mail in for McCain. JOIN THE NRA gyrine
