Shoot your old gun at paper and adjust the new one to match. Or if the new one is a combo with a non-adjustable O/U, duplicate your old gun's POI with the O/U barrel using comb adjustments, then adjust the unsingle's rib to match that.

What Ed said, but more specifically, just use the new barrel that most closely matches the rib height of your old gun.

If your old gun was a top single, use the O barrel of the O/U set to set POI. Then everything will fall in line automatically. If you used the U barrel or the unsingle barrel (in this case) and set the same 13 or 15 yard POI, the gun would shoot higher than your old one at target distances.

Start in the middle mark and go from there.

If you have a combo, with an adjustable comb, start with the O/U and set the comb where you want the gun to shoot, use a pattern board, then put your under single on the stock, set the under single to where the O/U was shooting. this way both barrels will be shooting the same pattern. You can try this at 13 yards or so to see where it is shooting, then go out to 30 to 40 yards to see what kind of pattern it is.

If you just have a under single, adjust the comb and rib to where you want it to shoot on a pattern board.

I have a combo and did the above and had no problems in setting it up, only problem I have is to hit all of the all the time.
