Adjustable Comb Recommendation

    Which gunsmith would recommend for the installation of an adjustable comb?
    A frend is considering one.

    Another vote for Greg Hissem. Greg lives in Wichita, KS and does exceptional work.

    However, once the work is done, then comes the adjustments to make it fit. Greg is a master at that too, but he can only do that for you if you go visit him.

    another vote for hissem. He'll do my next comb if I ever shoot a wood stock again (using a PFS now so the work he can do for me is severely limited LOL).

    I would use whoever uses the Joel Etchen style of hardware. It is one of the finest hardware sets available. Better yet, just have them to it at the above link.

    No votes for Gracoil. They've done some butt pad/plate work for me. But never a comb. Dave T.
