I've sure as hell paid a lot more to win a lot less.
In fact, this past weekend I finished second to a junior in the handicap...at our club, juniors shoot for half price if they don't play the options....if they want to play, they pay full boat.
100 rocks were $28, options were $25 ($10 purse and $15 first/middle/last 50) and I got the "lions" share of both pots.
My payout was $33. $53 in, $33 out.
I consider that good...I was going to shoot anyway.
If you paid $25.50 for targets and fees then I would say. When you got $30 back you got your targets and fees for free. So is this a complaint or ?????
I once got a pay-off check in the mail for a Lewis class for $1.20. Not bad for a ten dollar entry! Looked like every other shooter was on that number as well. (Never cashed the check!)
