I have a couple of bags of these wads and couldn't find any literature of what hulls they can be used with and shot weight. Also have some Hornady Red Versalite 480050 wads and couldn't find any literature on them. Are they 1 1/8 oz straight wall wads? Thanks for your help as I'm trying to use up/clean up some of this old stuff. Jackie B.

Activ hulls were very roomy, they might be usable for something but because of being tall a lesser shot charge is likely.

versalites should be for tapered cases if memory serves. The original
    Downrange wads copied the pattern.

You would have to find a older loading guide pre 1990 I think. I bought a boat load of activ wads shells etc ect. Sold very quickly on EBAY pre ban of course. Made a quick buck on the turn around. I sould it to a old timer who still had tons of wads but was running out of shells.
