What can a guy do with WAA12SL pink wads, Win 209 Primers, Red Dot powder, and Remington Nitro (27s and Sportings) hulls? I'm reloading 1oz. loads and need guidance on how many grains/ mec bushing to use.

    thanks,
    Phil

Well you got the right stuff to make great 1Oz loads Frank ... er... Phil. Get your powder charge data from the Alliant web site or some other reputable source. Never trust anything you read here. Please get/use a scale to verify your powder charges.

Alliant Powder - Red Dot Red Dot®. Smokeless target shotshell powder. Now cleaner burning! America's number one choice for clay target loads and now, 50 percent cleaner. Get your recipe here -
www.alliantpowder.com . Then get a scale ,never trust a bushing or chart. They are starting places to get you to the EXACT charge. Good luck. Jeff

I use 17.5 grains of red dot and as stated above you will need to verify the powder drops with a scale. The mec bushing that will get you in the ballpark will be #31.Make sure you weigh the powder drops.Good luck! PJ
