This will be my third year in a row. Only been shooting trap for three years and the S.C. shoot was my first out of state shoot. Great people, great targets and great food! Best fried bologna sanwiches around.

Fred- Yes, I know the person shooting, I know him and his wife well. And, yes, I plan to be at the SC State shoot again. This will be about my 35 consecutive SC State shoot. I miss the song that used to be played prior to the National Anthem at the SC State.

Are there any reasons to pre-squad for the state shoot, other than time of day that you may shoot?

    Ron,

We have used the pre-squad at SC and it has worked great. I did have an issue one year when I asked for a later doubles squad and went out 1st wave.

It has made it very convenient for the staff and very convenient for me to pay based on the info in the computer. They use the 3S software and it does a great job. All you normally have to touch is your checkbook.

You want things to go smooth so you don't have to deal with the guy with the duck on his hat:)

    Ron Burdick,

During the 2008 SC State shoot I just walked in every day and "Princess" Tami signed me right up. I had absolutly no problems at all the whole shoot. Very well run and organized shoot. I'm going to miss being there by two weeks, but if you go I'm sure you will have a great time...Tell Bill Howe I said Hi!

PS: I took home some nice hardware last year
