How old is to old to be in the senate or congress? a 4 year to 8 year term is enough.

They eliminated mandatory retirement... I think we'd be hardpressed to base it on age... bring in term limits!

I heard that he is on the way to a Taxidermist ... then they will plunk him down in his Senate Seat for another 6 years.

Palos, it's not the smart people being asleep. The voter you question is anything but smart. That's the Democrat, "Entitlement Minded" voters at work seeking the promised Rainbow Stew and Free Bubbleup.

How about the Supreme Court - John Paul Stevens the guy who is retiring is 90. What scary is the far left liberal loon that Ojackass has nominated to replace him with is "only" 50. That means that she might be ruling on cases in 2050! or hell maybe even 2060!

If I were 92 and had 51 years of service, I would marry a 19 year old to receive my survivor benefits to further screw the public.

If any of you can recall - the last surviving Confederate widow from Alabama just died not many years ago... the old codger was up in years and he married a teenager... it happens...

    regards all,
