89% increase in 12 years...

    With an 89% increase over the past 12 years might it be environmental?

    But the gov puts mega bucks into gun control while the nation goes blind.

    Can't shoot what you can't see. Research funding was cut to $500,000 according to another article.

    And with an 89% Increase, it doesn't sound like an individual problem does it?

    Oregon issued a CHL to a blind man. The state informed the sheriff it would be discrimination to deny him. AFAIK this was the only case here. Rumor had it that it was an attempt at an ADA lawsuit, but issuance nullified that.
