1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I have to stock sets for sale. One is an original Fajen thumbhole and beavertail forend for the Rem.870. This set is from black walnut, comes with the mounting hardware and has a Vermillion Gripcap. It has what looks like an old Tru Oil finish that needs work like sanding and recoating, but no damage to the stocks.

The other is a set of unfinished curly maple for the Beretta 391. The wood is extremely tight curl with most being in the 1/8" size. This stock is made from laminated lumber and has two thin strips of laminate that shows in the middle of the top and bottom of the butt. The wood has been quasi fit to the gun, but the butt stock will need to be glass bedded. There is extra wood everywhere that will need to be final shaped to your taste. There is castoff, with cant in the butt a near parallel comb and a palm swell. Fore end is copied from factory.

Price for the Fajen 870 Thumbhole set is $400 as is. Photos available.
Price for the 391 maple set is $475 as is. If you purchase and get the final shape you want, and sanded to 220 grit, I will dye the wood most any color of your choice and put a deep gloss automotive finish on it for you for an additional $250. Photos available here as well, including one of the blank before machining to show the size of the curl in relation to a penny!

    Thanks Tim O,

I have them on Photobucket but the image url doesn't seem to work, at least for me. How did you do this? I have to leave for a peewee football game but will check back later tonight.

This show shows part of the cast off and the cant to the butt, as well as the palm swell.

I apologize for all the many post but I could not get the image link to work.
