I made a copy of the manual for an 870 Comp because they are no longer available. If anyone needs one send me a PM with your email addy and I will forward the file to you for free before I delete it. An 870 Comp manual is different than an 870 trap or field.

You are doing a great service to all those who own these guns. I spoke to a gal at Remington a few years ago when I bought a comp and said I needed a manual for disassembly and cleaning. It was like pulling teeth. She was trying to explain how to disassemble the damn thing over the phone and would not send me a pdf file or anything that would allow me to look at pictures while I was supposed to do this. I would love a copy of he file. Please send to berettacombo@yahoo.com

Owners manuals for obsolete guns are available. You need to register with remington library. Then you can request the info. I just got one for the model 58 auto loader. took about 4 weeks. Phone support is poor for info, unless its a new product line then it is iffy at that. Sometimes it is best to call the parts/repair line directly.
