    That's nice. has it been proof tested? can it be fired? what caliber? goes well with my turkish shotgun.

    From what I could tell it is drilled and taped for a scope. What I couldn't tell is what cal it is.

    Interesting gun with a lot of beautiful individual features, but the overall result does not float my boat.

    If I were to spend an obscene amount of money on a gun I would have a custom gun made based on a Winchester 1885 Single Shot High Wall Thickside.

    Despite my fondness for black rifles, the Win 1885 is my favorite rifle. Have a pile of originals along with some modern Browning 1885s.
