7/8 oz. different choke?

    Just wondering since many of us are going to 7/8 ounce loads, are you changing your choke to perhaps a tighter one, or using the same. Jean

    Jean, I used the same one and it seemed to work just fine. No difference in the scores either. Bill

    Pattern your gun, shoot some targets, and try a tighter choke to see if there is much difference. In many cases a tighter choke does better, but in some cases, it makes little difference. Put it on paper and try some targets and compare. The breaks are usually better with a tighter choke when you can put more pellets on the target.
