    I think he is asking what he should buy with his new christmas money. If it was me, I would spend it all on ammo.

    The Garand will probably hold it's value better. If worse comes to worse, take it all apart and sell it on ebay and gunbroker and double your money.

    500.00 Is not all I can spend. That is just what I am going to spend. Between some cash I recieved for gifts and some change jar savings. The rest of my shooting budget is goint to ATA shoots. So 500.00 marked for shooting accesories of some sort. As always, I like want need all.

    Any money spent on recoil reduction is positive in the long haul.
