1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

    The cost of the lot is $407 per month- this includes water, sewage and taxes. Electricity is separate

    If you're into Trap, this is a nice place. It's on the grounds of a very good Trap course.

    Does that $407 cover any association fees?

    My water bill in Florida was around $30. Is the remaining $350, per month, purely for property taxes? How much is the lot assessed for? Since mobile homes are vehicles under Florida law, how much is the license plate fee since Charlie raised the rates?

    Lou and Mo did indeed sell shooting coats and shirts when I knew them several
    years ago. Nice people. Prime vending home means it is situated in an area
    of the gun club that is great for vending - that's all it means. When you are a vendor, it is very advantageous to be on a lot that is easily seen etc.

    Thanks, Auctioneer. I think it would be nice to know if the $407 is all-in, or if there's still an association fee hanging out there. I thought I had some other decent questions, too.

    Is Silver Dollar 55+? I ask because many places in Florida are, and I've never seen anyone walk out of one of the homes who wasn't.

    Oh, and does living on the trap side give any benefits to using the golf course?

    The house is sold! Thank you for all the kind words towards my grandparents. This is a difficult time for them and they will miss all the wonderful people they had the pleasure of getting to know. Even though they are moving up north, Florida, more specifically, Silver Dollar, will always be their home. Again, thank you for the kind words, they really appreciate it!
