No matter what it was, im sure it shot the most dedly round in the world....... the infamous .223 and had to be a 30rd clip. The country is just lucky that these stupid criminals havnt figured out that an 870 with the barrel sawed off and packed full of 4 buck is the most deadly thing in close quarters.

Liberals "chill out" in our public school system! Riiiiiight!

Your seeing what "government schools" have done to America just in the last couple of years!!

Plus throw in that mix, Un-concerned parents. Presto Chango SOCIALISM!

Watching an outdoor channel the other day, and Ted Nugent's hunting show came on.

I thought "This used to be a good show so I'll watch."

Well, during the introduction, it showed him emptying a fully auto gun into the unknown, and for some reason, this turned me off to the show.

I still support any legal gun ownership, and ones' right to purchase firearms and ammo, but something about his grin, and kinda' smirk while going fully automatic, just didn't settle well with me.

Not wanting to offend anyone, but I switched channels.

    My $.02

I think you all are missing the point. While the actions by school may seem extreme with what is current culture this must not be allowed. What parent in their right mind allows their child to bring any type of gun to school whether or not it is a toy. Tha parents should be punished not the child.

    Ubustem,

The kid did not bring it to school, only talked about shooting bubbles. I think you missed the point. HMB

The little girl was suspended for ten days. This was reduced to two days. Now the parents are intending to sue the school for the harm done to their child. This was heard on the news yesterday. HMB

All this over a Hello Kitty bubble gun? I think that the 5 year olds are showing as much maturity as the adults.

This is political correctness gone haywire. Really.

It was bound to happen.I understand she is religious and patriotic as well as a gun nut.If it wasn't the gun she probably would have been arrested for praying or saying the pledge of allegiance. She is a real touble maker. In fact a terrorist. They had better search her parents house, confiscate all their guns, real and bubble, and send them all for reindoctrination. There is nothing the teachers union hates more than religious, patriotic, gun owners.Well except maybe the truth.

Its only going to get worse!

Until parents take their schools back away from liberals and the government, your only going to see more of this "stupidity"

Take a look at the piece of paper, then explain to me why this teacher ever got "Certified" and HAS not been fired.

Too long of a web URL for the TS box.
