1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    Rick,

You don't say if you are selling or looking. If you are looking, I would suggest the Beretta Storm in .45. Uses several different types of Beretta handgun magazines. What type of magazine does this weapon use?

I use my rifles for feral hogs and coyotes. This rig downed 3 hogs this week up to 250 pounds. It cycles perfectly and has very light recoil.

I had the first edition of this gun in 9mm. It shot very nicely. Fun gun to shoot and suprisingly accurate.

This post reminds me of this letter I got from a poor fool a while back. I get a chuckle re reading it every once in a while. You can't polish a turd. OTOH, the machine above might work.

"We will be in Nashville December 9th in the afternoon, heading out on vacation. I have a .38 Special Taurus (Model 82, I am told). Less than a box of rounds fired through it. It was my fathers. He carried daily income to the bank from our business, so he carried it for protection, but he was not a firearm guy, so it was fired a few times when new and I fired it last week to see how it performed. It is a nice revolver.

Six-shot, blue, 2 inch barrel, has Taurus walnut appearing plastic checkered grips. Serial number is 3517xx, barrel stamped Forjas Taurus S.A., P Alegre R.G.S. Brazil, so this revolver was one of very few made in the old original plant before Taurus bought out the newer competition Beretta plant and relocated. Taurus does not appear to have any data on this weapon. It is stamped inside the cylinder swing-arm, 357 F and 357 on the cylinder face. I think it may chamber .357 Mag. rounds, but never tried it out. Frame is further stamped "Firearms Int'l Corp, Washington DC, 38 Special, under the cylinder thumb release. Barrel stamp opposite side says Cal.38.

This revolver just about qualifies to be a collector item, not many of them made. I almost hate to sell it and my son-in-law may buy it this week.

Either way, I want to wind up with a .22 Caliber revolver which is similar in build and feel of my other revolver, an S&W Model 10 .38 Special with 4" heavy barrel. I was in the military and served in two law enforcement jobs. Since this revolver is like new and fires really sweet, it should fetch better than scrap-iron price as some older worn out pistols might.

I seek to have a .22 caliber pistol (preferably a revolver with similar frame) to use for practice and teach my grand children how to shoot.

I have read reviews concerning the Taurus M94 and .22A; not good reviews. Any comments, trades, other help will be appreciated. I cannot see losing money on my Taurus, so wholesaling it to somebody is out of the question.

Since we will be in Nashville in a couple of weeks anyway, I wanted to see first of all if you have a .22 cal. revolver that might suit my needs? If you do, please send pictures of it and price. If it looks nice, I could send a deposit."

    Thanks & Blessings,

I was going to give Rick a reminder that his "rifle" and "scope" package wholesale for less than $300. However, he is not accepting PM's.

I hope he did not pay over $349 new for this turd.

Shooting Coach: When you have done as many perfect deals on TS.Com as me feel free to take one step forward. For obvious reasons I put you on my BLOCK LIST so YOU cannot PM me however others can PM me or call me on the phone. You seem to have some serious personal issues. Take your meds and have ANOTHER crummy day.

    Dear Rick

I don't buy or sell turds, and on this site, I have a good rep for what I have sold.

Have a wonderful day. Now go limp along with your turd gun. LOL

You have a very limited vocabulary which is probably the result of your inferior intellect. You seem to know quite a bit about turds so we can safely assume that you have a very $hitty life. You might note that I am not attacking the "for sale" adds you have posted. Why?? I will leave that to your imagination.

Hugh: Thanks for your support. I don't know what the problem is with "Shooting Coach" but I don't plan to continue to dice with him and will end this thread shortly. Have a great Holiday Season!!! Rick ....Texas
