Shot a box of #9 1/2 oz skeet loads from the 16 and hit 15 of 25. I was using the tightest choke I have which is .008 in a full length Briley Ultimate tube. Does any one know how tight you can go until the pattern blows ? I want to order some more chokes. Thanks, Jeff

Adrian Cousins used to shoot .012s or .014s for skeet in the .410, might be a good place to start....

I got to shoot with Adrian years ago , Great shot. I wonder just how tight it will go. Jeff

Full choke on a .410 is considered to be .018

This might help. Eight's might help along with a taller choke. I have a Browning XS Ultra 28 ga with 30" barrel. XF and 7 1/2's will boil a 16 yard target.
