I really like nice wood and have seen some great stocks so decided to post some I have pictures of and invite others to post some of their own if they would like to. So we all can enjoy the beauty of mother natures work. Buddy

Here it is-- wood is pretty individual but this is the finest example of wood and stock making I have ever seen- and I have probably held 50,000 guns in my hand over my lifetime-- of course I own this one so maybe I am too proud of it. Notice the checkering- stippling and carving are all integrated together- this gun was made for a Remington executive--- notice the inletted grip cap

Here are a couple pictures of the wood I just bought for my DB-81 Combo. It should be spectacular when it's refinished..... Dan Thome (Trap2)

Boy, I wish I had a picture of a Fox XE 16 ga that I sold a couple of years ago. It was a trap stock 30" from back in the early teens that had wood that looked like marble. Incredible piece of work, all factory original, wish I still had it.

These aren't nearly as nice as some of the others and the photography isn't as good, but here are my 870TC that Remington restocked with All-American blanks and my Beretta 687 Silver Pigeon II combo with EELL wood.
