I am in the process of getting my Vista machine loaded with the Windows 7 O/S. I am hoping that the Windows 7 will let me run the system as is but if not I have found a database called absolute database that is BDE compliant and I have restored a backup of a 3S LAN system. I am going to make the LAN version my standard and drop the 3S Std. version so I only need to keep one system updated. I will post a thread here from time to time letting my users know how the progress is going.

Thanks for your patience in all of this.

George, thanks for offering the 3S software and keeping it updated as well as you do. And, making yourself available on weekends for any questions that arise.

I just applied for a Windows 7 update for my recently purchased Toshiba laptop. All I had to do was pay them $11.00 for shipping. Hopefully when I get the CD to download; it won't take a "rocket scientist" to get rid of the Vista operating system and replacing it with the Windows 7. Ed
