I have a 32" Step rib on a 391 with Adj Comb(all the way down) on a Sporting stock and it shoots 55/45 as close as I can measure...

I also have a 28" Flat rib on a 391 field stock and it shoots dead flat 50/50.

Depending on your paticular gun fit the Step rib would be prone to shoot high but not more than 60/40 max....IMO...thats why it is Step up rib...

George Digweed shoots a Flat ribbed Perazzi, crooks his neck and looks straight down that rib/barrel....

Scotty Robertson shoots a 391 Step rib, crooks his neck and looks straight down that rib/barrel....

    regards
