    Dave,

I changed out some in a gun several years ago. It takes a special tool to get them out. I made the tool to get the job done but as I recall it was no easy task.

I would recommend sending it to Laib's, he is well versed on Remington 3200`s

Replacing the firing pins requires removal of most of the other parts from the receiver to get to the block that holds the firing pins. It is not all that difficult if you have good instructions and take your time. If you attempt it place the parts in plastic bags and label them as you take them out. Be careful with the main springs as they are under a lot of stress in the gun but a pin holds them in place as they are taken out.

Clayman51, if you are refering to Pat Laib, his shop is in Spicer Minnesota. His phone number is (320)796-2686. He is well known and well regarded for woring on Rem 3200s.

Don't change anything until it breaks. Chances are it never will. HMB
