1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Nice little collection there. They all look to be in great shape as well. Why are you parting with such nice little wheel guns?

The conversion kit is an alteration to the older three screw guns (top two) that involves installing a transfer bar like the new model (bottom) has. This is a liablity mitigator that Ruger provides for free. The conversion also dimenishes the collector value of the older guns considerably.

How to check - cock the unloaded pistol and look at the firing pin - if there is a pice of metal between that and the hammer the gun has been converted.

Do the earlier guns have aluminum or steel grip frames?

They are aluminum Brian but my trick is to replace that with a steel aftermarket grip frame and steel ejctor rod housing. Really improves the balance and handling of these sweet little six guns.
