I started out with Federal/Estate hulls, only because I had a boatload of them available to me. Since I seldom shoot 28 gauge, this batch may last me forever!

    Federal or Estate Hulls

    Winchester 209 Primer

    Federal 28S1 Wad

About 14.2 grains of Hodgdon Universal Clays

    3/4 ounces of shot.

I shoot this through a set of Briley Sidekicks "shortie" sub-gauge tubes, and it works great. Never had a blooper.

20/28 is my current favorite, Longshot does OK too. Favorite wad by far is the 28S1 Federal, sure wish someone would clone that one. They aren't very forgiving, stick to published stuff and make sure of your drops.
