1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

For sale - 243 AI brass. Fired once to form from virgin Winchester brass. Full length resized, cleaned after forming.

Midway will gladly sell you 200 for $484.00, wow. That's $2.42 each.

100 shipped tyd CONUS for $75.00

    500 in a flat rate box, $325.00

So you don't need to load the brass, spend money for bullets, or (important) burn out a barrel making the darn things.

POMO preferred, checks held till cleared.

Post here "I'll take it" and pm me for info.

AI, Ackley Improved? Will it work in a regular 243?

No, it's the other way around. You shoot standard 243 and it grows to an Ackley Improved with more case capacity.

"Improving" a cartridge usually results in less bolt thrust and better barrel life due to the change in body taper and shoulder angle.

But you have to fire form the case to the new size, using up a bullet, primer, and powder.

This is a good deal if you have use for this brass.

you can also cornmeal the load to form the brass thus saving the bullet.

The cornmeal thing works some of the time but you need pressure to completely form the brass, and I have heard of not so good results that way.

If I were to do one I would use full boat rounds and shoot the gun at critters.
