There is no direct or reliable correlation between the relative 'hotness' of various primer brands and their use in any given reloading recipe. If one studies reloading data, there are examples of hot primers resulting in low chamber pressures and less hot primers yielding high pressures. The same is true of velocities.
Brisance charts may be interesting but trying to use them in lieu of published data is a BAD idea.
Swapping primers based on some made up chart is a bad idea. Use the data for the exact components you are using, or contact the powder company and inquire about such a substitution.
Basically, Recoil Sissy said it all. Use listed data and be done with it. If you look, you can find data for about any primer.
