If anyone is interested, here is the contact email for NBCOlympics.com. It would be both beneficial and supportive if we'd all take a second to email them with some POSTIVE feedback about the coverage they've provided. A large interest might lead to more/better coverage. Email to:

    nbcolympicsfeedback@nbcuni.com

And PLEASE! Do not email how you're disappointed it wasn't on primetime. Leave it positive and say you're excited to see the further televised coverage they are going to do next time. It'll read much better that way, and we all won't come off like a bunch of angry people with guns.

And PLEASE! Do not leave anything on this thread about how shooting is never going to be covered on television. That does nothing positive for the sport or this congratulatory thread. It was all over MSNBC and the internet this year...Be positive and think we're going to go up in 2012.

NBC Did an outstanding job.... Here is a comment from the NSSF website...

The shooting events also received a fair amount of air time this year. "At the Beijing Olympics, the shooting sports received more network coverage than ever before," said Shari LeGate, NBC's shooting sports analyst. "Every final was streamed live on the NBC Olympic Web site. Women's air rifle and men's trap were broadcast on affiliate stations, along with interviews and highlights of other disciplines. The shooting sports have gained recognition in network television as being broadcast worthy."

Send them a note of thanks...
